Pinnacle Promenade This 100 retailers shopping mecca is anchored by Dillard's, JC Penney, 12-screen Malco movie theatre, and six sit-down restaurants. Installation consisted of site utilities and transformers, primary electrical service of 13,800v with conduits, secondary site conduits for each building, parking lot lighting installation, fiber optics, CCTV system with 50 cameras, communications infrastructure, and tenant hook for each individual space.

Riviera Condominiums The Riviera in Little Rock was converted from a 119 unit apartment complex into 80 Luxurious condominiums. Our design build installation included the complete demolition and remodel of all 14 stories. We installed two 3,000 amp services with backup generators, all electrical apparatus, and the lighting for all common areas and the parking deck.
