Tokusen USA Installation of six 13800 volt substations utilizing S.C. switchgear with fourteen 13800 volt to 4000 amp switchgear 208 volt 3-phase oil filled transformers. Installation of over 50,000 ft of conduit under slab to a multitude of equipment. Installation of all control wiring for eighty-two fine drawing machines with over 5,000 terminations each and control wiring for 150 stranding machines with 200 terminations each.
Pace Industries, Harrison, Ar Installation of electrical for new machinery. Install two 2500 KVA pad mount transformers for two new 4000 amp switchgear services interconnected with Tie Switch operating through a Kirk Key System.
Future Fuels Facility upgrade for new chemical process. Installation of conduit, wire, and electrical apparatus for hook up of valves, flow meters, temperature sensors, motors and other electrical devices. Installation of multiple control cabinets and PLC terminations. All work performed involved explosion proof apparatus and devices and was scheduled over a six month period.
Butterball Facility upgrade that included electrical installation of rigid conduit, wire and terminations for all type of electrical apparatus including motors, controls, drives, and other devices. Hook up of new machinery and installation of communication cabling to existing machinery for processing data. Upgrades to plant lighting and general maintenance also performed.
Green Bay Packaging Facility upgrade of control and power systems for papermill equipment. Installation included thousands of feet of conduit, wiring, and electrical apparatus for hook up of drives, motors, conveyors, telemetry, and electrical devices. Installed additional drives for acid alkaline system. Install included conduit and wiring for lighting upgrade. Project installation was scheduled over a four month period to accommodate facility operations.
Equity Broadcasting This project included the configuration and installation of 43 custom racks along with a 160KW UPS, cooling apparatus and 2 300kw backup generators. Specific emphasis was placed on ensuring continuing operations were possible at all times.
